Climate Forum in Provins

Tribute to victims of the November 13, 2015

Monday, November 16 at noon, the French Polar Institute has partnered with all the personnel of agencies on the center to honor the victims of the attacks of 13 November 2015. A minute of silence was observed under the flag at half mast.
